General Description
William's Retreat is a 3 bedroom house with a huge private garden in a quiet and historic old town location in the prettiest little town in Canada , Niagara-on-the Lake. We are open year round, and close to award winning theatres, wineries, golf courses, lake Ontario and a short walk to the centre and shopping district. The house features 3 bedrooms (two queen canopy bedrooms and one double bedroom), 1 1/2 bathrooms, spacious living room with real wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD/Stereo, modern kitchen, central air, private garden, BBQ, private parking. Williams Retreat is strictly smoke-free. Sorry, no pets.
The house is layed out for 6 guests incl. children.

Standard Policies

- 10:00 a.m.
- Cancellation:
- 50% deposit at time of reservation, final payment is due 1 month prior to arrival date.
A $50.00 CDN processing fee applies to all cancellations.
Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to arrival date in which case the deposit will be returned less the 50.00 CDN cancellation fee.
We will do our best to rebook cancellations received within 30 days of arrival. If we are unable to rebook, the deposit will be forfeited plus a $50.00 CDN cancellation fee.

Directions
From Toronto:
Follow the QEW towards Niagara. Once across the Garden City Skyway (St. Catharines), exit the QEW at Exit 38 B - you will be led over the QEW towards a light with directions left or right. Turn left towards Niagara-on-the-Lake. The first road on your right is Airport Road, (the Auto Warehouse is on the corner) turn right on to Airport Road and follow it for several kilometers, until you meet Hwy 55 (Niagara Stone Road). Turn right onto Hwy 55 and keep on straight towards NOTL Old Town. As you enter the Old Town there will be a set of lights, at the corner of Mississauga St, and Mary St (on your left will be a Sunoco Gas Station) follow Mississauga St. (formerly Hwy 55) 1 more block. Turn left onto the first Street (William Street). Drive 03 blocks and at # 420 at your left hand is William`s Retreat.
From New York, Ohio, or Pennsylvania:
Cross the Niagara River into Canada at Buffalo, Niagara Falls, or Lewiston onto QEW to Hwy 55 - Exit 38 Niagara-on-the-Lake.
