Weekly rate is $1600 Canadian high season, $1200 Canadian low season, daily rates available( see below).

The Shaw Rendezvous is located walking distance from the Shaw Festival theatres, restaurants, shops, and Lake Ontario waterfront.

This beautifully restored old town home is steps from the mouth of the Niagara River and Lake Ontario.
The front entrance of the Shaw Rendezvous has a wrap around verandah overlooking the front gardens, a great place to sit and relax.
On the main floor there is a formal dining room, a well equipped kitchen, a living room with gas fireplace, and a 2 piece washroom, all beautifully decorated. From the bright kitchen, there is a walkout to a large back deck overlooking Lake Ontario and the Niagara river. The house is equipped with 6 appliances plus a barbeque on the back deck.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and a 2 piece washroom.
Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed.
Bedroom #3 has a Double bed.
Full 4 piece washroom upstairs.
The Shaw Rendezvous location is ideal being steps to Shaw Festival Theatres, shopping, dining, golfing and Lake Ontario.
Central air, private 2 car parking and 1 car garage with remote.

RATES:

LOW SEASON RATES: Nov 1st-April 30th
$1200 Canadian dollars per week,
$200 Canadian dollars per day (Sunday - Thursday), minimum 3 nights,
$300 Canadian dollars per day (Friday - Saturday), minimum 2 nights.

HIGH SEASON RATES: May 1st-Oct 31th
$1600 Canadian dollars per week,
$250 Canadian dollars per day (Sunday - Thursday), minimum 3 nights,
$350 Canadian dollars per day (Friday - Saturday), minimum 2 nights.

Directions

From Toronto:
Follow QEW to exit 38B or Hwy 55, also known as Niagara Stone Road. Turn left on York Rd then right on Airport Rd to the very end arriving at Hwy 55. Turn right onto Hwy 55, through the town of Virgil and into the Old Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
At Mary St.(opposite Tim Horton's)turn right then onto Mary St and straight to King Street. At King Street turn left on King St. and follow down towards the lake until you reach Front St/Ricardo St. Turn right onto Ricardo St and second house on your left is 21 Ricardo.
From Lewiston/Queenston Bridge:
Exit immediately on your right past toll booth, stay to the right of round-about and follow signs to Niagara-on-the-Lake along Niagara Parkway. Enter into the Old Town, along Picton/Queen street (shops & theatres). At King Street turn right on King St. and follow down towards the lake until you reach Front St/Ricardo St. Turn right onto Ricardo St and second house on your left is 21 Ricardo.
