This is the first licensed cottage type rental in the City of Niagara Falls (August 2002)
We offer a beautiful fully equipped family home sleeping 6-8 people for surprisingly low prices. 1st October until April 31 rental starts at just $120(Canadian Dollars)per day for first 2 adults and 3 children (under 16 yrs.)$25 per day each additional person
May until end of September rates are $175 per day for 2 adults and 3 children ($25 per day each additional person)

'Sunshine House' consists of 3 bedrooms (two with double beds, one with bunk-beds),A double futon in the living room, two Bathrooms, Kitchen and Living-room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer-dryer, stove, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and all kitchen utensils. Bed linen and towels are supplied.

From the Kitchen you walk out through Patio doors onto a private deck area offering a six-person 'Hot Tub'. Walk onto the pebbled garden into a beautiful back yard where you will find the patio area consisting of a table, six chairs, parasol, garden lighting and a propane Gas Barbeque and private car parking space for two cars.

Sunshine House is maintained to the highest possible standards, having been inspected by the City of Niagara Falls Health Department and Fire Department. It was the first Cottage Rental House (in the city) to be approved and licensed by the City for Tourist rental.
The house is situated in Ferguson Street in the 'Whirlpool Tourist area' River Road, Niagara Falls.Convenient to all tourist attractions, a short drive to Niagara on the lake and St. Catharines.
