ENJOY THE REAL COTTAGE FEELING IN OLD TOWN
The Antique Pine Cottage is a tastefully decorated, well appointed, 2 bedroom cottage in Niagara-on-the Lake, Old Town. We are located in a beautiful, historic area, close to the award-winning Shaw Theatres, golf courses, wineries, Lake Ontario and a short walk to the Town Centre and shopping district. The Cottage features European style bathrooms (shower/sink and separate toilet/sink), spacious living room with gas-fireplace, fully equipped country kitchen, one bedroom with queen-canopy bed, one bedroom with double-canopy bed, laundry-facility (washer/dryer), TV/DVD, wireless internet, air conditioned, BBQ, garden furniture, private parking. All bedding and towels provided. Antique Pine Cottage is strictly SMOKE FREE! Sorry, no pets.
Daily rate from $175 CDN (low season) to $240 CDN (high season). Weekly rate is from $980 CDN (low season) to $1200 CDN (high season).

Standard Policies

- After 4 p.m., unless arranged otherwise with the manager
- Check Out:
- 11 a.m., unless arranged otherwise with the manager
- Cancellation:
- 50% deposit at time of reservation, final payment is due 1 month prior to arrival date.
A $50.00 CDN processing fee applies to all cancellations. Cancellations must be recieved 30 days prior to arrival date in which case the deposit will be returned less the $50.00 CDN processing fee. We will do our best to rebook cancellations received within 30 days of arrival. If we are unable to rebook, the deposit will be forfeited plus a $50.00 CDN processing fee.

Directions
From Toronto:
Follow the QEW towards Niagara. Once across the Garden City Skyway (St. Catharines), exit the QEW at Exit 38 B - you will be led over the QEW towards a light with directions left or right. Turn left towards Niagara-on-the-Lake. The first road on your right is Airport Rd, (the Auto Warehouse is on the corner) turn right on to Airport Road and follow it for several kilometers, until you meet Hwy 55 (Niagara Stone Road). Turn right onto Hwy 55 and keep on straight towards NOTL Old Town. As you enter the Old Town there will be a set of lights, at the corner of Mississauga St, and Mary St (on your left will be a Sunoco Gas Station). Turn left onto Mary Street and follow a few hundred meters - it will change to Lakeshore Road. The fourth Street on your right hand side after the traffic lights is Dixi Avenue. You turn right onto Dixie and the cottage is located straight ahead inside the Circle. When you reach the Circle you turn left and enter the first driveway on your right at the Antique Pine Cottage.
From New York, Ohio, or Pennsylvania:
Cross the Niagara River into Canada at Buffalo, Niagara Falls, or Lewiston onto QEW to Hwy 55 - Exit 38 Niagara-on-the-Lake.
